George Guerra
George Guerra's Collection

I first learned of Alan Warner when I discovered martinsmagic.com, Andy's site of his magic collection, back in late Spring of 2001.  He had some teak and painted Warner items showcased and I immediately loved what I was seeing.  I finally inquired with George Robinson over acquiring Warner magic in November of that year, but his response was that they were unavailable.  So I looked into ebay and managed to acquire two or three pieces, but on Jan. 9th (2002), I received an e-mail from Larry Wilfong informing me that Alan could sell me his magic directly.  He advised to order his catalogue which I promptly did.  The catalogue was dispatched on Jan. 15th and it became the beginning to a wonderfull collection and a long friendship with Alan.
