PLENTY OF COLOUR, AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION, AND A FIRST-CLASS STORY-LINE!

The performer introduces a felt and wood frame picture of BASIL HUNTINGDON-SMYTHE, the scarecrow, who is looking rathers sad and furlorn because someone had stolen his clothes.  The framed picture of clotheless, sad-faced Basil is then placed inside an empty, wooden barn and the performer tells his audience that with their help, he will make Basil some new clothes by magic, using up some scrap pieces of felt which he keeps in his scrap bag.  The felt scraps then VANISH FROM THE BAG LEAVING ONLY BASIL'S TOP HAT BEHIND.  Finally, when the picture is removed from the barn, Basil is smiling again and fully-clothed once more in gaily coloured patched pants and jacket with a jauntly feathered cap.

The realistic looking barn is in natural wood and stained.  The scarecrow is 10" high (approx.).  A larger version of the scarecrow measuring 14" (approx.) was also available to order.
